A Big Day Out

This morning around 11a.m., 17 of us (family members) went to "Green Hill" (given by me) or 青山 or tokong in Bahasa Malaysia. I couldn't remember I had been there before though mommy said I did went there for times when I was a kid. Grandma said the last time I went there was in 1996, which means I was 6 years old only? When we're heading to our destination, the "Green Hill", I asked my grandparents and mum if "Green Hill" is just a hill which is green in colour only or something otherwise? That's not a funny question but everyone were laughing at me, and grandma explained that it's a 庙。 Yeah, finally we reached the place and a big discovery happened. The so called Green Hill is built in a Malay kampung. I repeat, it's a MALAY KAMPUNG. Amazing right? My mum said that's called SATU MALAYSIA. No comment about that, zip my mouth. Things we did over there: climbed the staircases that causes me gasping for air, 拜拜, enjoy the scenery, and being a busybody. I wish we would leave there immediately after sembahyang because of traffic jam and most importantly, the kampung is so dirty. However, mum insisted of having lunch @ a restaurant near the Green Hill. The food is fresh, delicious (esp seafoods) and prices are reasonable.

After lunch around 2p.m., our next station was Bako. Not fun because nothing to see.
In the end, those adults fulfilled the children'(means us lah)dream, Damai Puri here we go! Traffic jammed @ Semariang there and everyone's like: are we still going? Yes we reached at 3 sth. Everyone forgot to bring their extra clothes for changing so just strolling along the beach for half an hour only, too bad. Around 5p.m., had our dinner at Beach Restaurant and went back home. Reached home at 8p.m.

A fun and enjoyable day! Hopefully we're going again this Saturday, overnight!

Wah... missed that place too. I've being there when I was 12 something, forgot already.

If not mistaken, I think I saw some policemen were 'fishing' a dead body. I was young, I thought I'm imagining things.

God Bless =)
