Finally have the guts to report my bad results to dad just now.
Okay, even though he complained it's a lousy results, but at the end he said acceptable. Hahaha, phew~~ safe for this time~~!
At last,I asked him if he received any e-mail from me. We chat through fb msg again this afternoon. And All-is-well. He didn't receive any e-mail from me. Or he had deleted it straight away as I didn't put any title for that e-mail. This is what I got from him. He asked me to re-send that e-mail. But, do I have the encouragement to do so again? Please tell me what should I do...

It's up to you anyway, we are here just to give advices.
Since you know (from what we know from you) that he MAY have a girlfriend, then it's best just to keep it yourself and not to embarrass the future scene. Unless you are sure that the email can do no harm but increasing your chance of getting him (If confirm he has no GF).
